Ice Box Lemonade Pie

Ice Box Lemonade Pie

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, regular or pink, thawed
1 container Cool-Whip
1 graham cracker crust

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually beat in condensed milk, then lemonade.
Fold in whipped topping and pour into pie shell.
Cover and refrigerate until set.
This is my favorite dessert in the spring/summer. It is especially good on a HOT day! Enjoy!
Warm regards,
Shannon

Shannon,
Thanks for that excellent comment you left today. I meant to write you sooner, then time just slips away and I forget things. I was so glad to hear from you and to "catch-up" by reading your blog. Were you the one that asked for me on MOMYS? I wrote you when I saw that and didn't hear back, so I didn't know what had happened. As you saw from my blog, I'll be a REAL MOMYS in two months!

That recipe sounds great--I think I'll try it. That type of thing is about all I can handle at this point and I crave things like that. Other things are just too heavy--like me! LOL

I've bookmarked your blog to keep up with you.
Stay in touch!
Jennifer
